If you are not familiar with Gifts to grow you can rack up your points and exchange them for rewards that vary at different times. I am just letting mine rack up for now. I traded all of my last ones in on Free Cheerios Coupons. It took 200 points per coupon. I used the coupons on a BOGO sale and scored 2 boxes of Free Cheerios for 200 points.
That is not available any longer but you never know what will come up
