I have been taking this for about two weeks although there were a couple of days that I was so busy it totally slipped my mind. I was taking 2 tablets a day. I really wanted this to work, but so far I have not noticed a difference in the way I feel.
Maybe I need to take it a bit longer and I will continue with the rest of the bottle to see how it goes -- maybe things will change.

Again -- I am hoping things will change for me as I continue with the rest of the bottle. I had no negative reactions, from it, but I really noticed absolutely no difference taking it verses not taking it. So right now I am still in the middle -- trying to decide.
