Another item that I was super excited about receiving.  Let's face it!!  I am not getting any younger - LOL!!

This is a wrist version and I like how easy it is to operate.  Attach it to your left wrist

cross your arm to your right shoulder and support your left arm with your right arm at the elbow (hope that makes sense).  It is very well illustrated in the booklet that comes with it.

See the green, yellow and red strip in the above photograph.  Once all your numbers come up one of those areas will light up letting you know if you are good to go :)  I was in the green -- YAY!!

Velcro strap allows this to fasten very easily around the wrist.  I think this is a must have in every household -- just for a little piece of mind when you are feeling under the weather!!

The Cerebral Medical Digital Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor is a doctor tested and endorsed medical device and is useful for home, family and travel purposes. It is highly accurate and for the measurement of blood pressure and pulse.

There are 2 read outs for each measurement; the first, the higher "systolic" reading pressure, when the heart pumps and pressure in the arteries goes up, and the second, the lower "diastolic" reading is the pressure when the heart relaxes to refill with blood, the pressure then drops. I was sent this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest review.  The only negative I have is I think something like this should automatically come with batteries and this did not.  So, be prepared to pick up some batteries when you purchase it.  It takes 2 AAA batteries.
