Buy 3 Maalox at $4.99 each
Use the $10/3 Maalox, Gas-x, Prevacid or Benefiber from 7/17 SS coupon insert  (this appears to be a regional coupon because I did not get it in mine)
Stack with $2/1 Gas-X, Maalox, or Ex-Lax from the July Walgreens coupon book (this will deduct $6)
Free plus overage after coupon (you will need to add some filler items to cover the overage)
