Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient for energy and also helps brain function!! I would hate to know what my thinking capacities would be like without some of these things I am taking for my brain -- LOL!!!!
It is one vitamin that a lot of people have issues digesting or settling ok on their stomachs. Tim has always had issues taking vitamin B12 or any form of B for that matter.
