Kmart has these hanging in their pet food aisle
They are not priced but if you price scan them they are ringing up .99 so FREE dog food YEA!
I picked up 10 of them yesterday and checked out at the customer service desk with no problem...
they have to fill in the amount of the item for each coupon...but she did it with a smile.
